What should I bring with me?
Pack your beach chair, picnic blanket, snacks and and suncreen. Bring cash or cards to purchase any food and drinks over the course of the afternoon.

How do I get there?
To get to the event, you'll need to drive and there will be plenty of car parking at the event.
Riverton is 35 minutes from Invercargill and 2.5 hours from Queenstown. Plenty of parking available.

Where should I park?
Parking will be available at the event. Volunteers will guide you to designated parking spots, ensuring easy access to the event.

Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you can bring your own food to the event, but we encourage you to support the incredible local food trucks offering delicious options throughout the day. Please note that no glass is allowed.

Prohibited Items.
This is a family-friendly event, so smoking is prohibited. Additionally, no glass containers are allowed. Please help us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Is the event wheelchair friendly?
Yes, please ask our staff on the day and they can assist you with accessing the event.

Can I bring my own drinks?
No, however both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the event. Water is freely available. Last call for drinks will be at 6:15pm. All bars stop serving at 6:30pm on the dot so you will still have time to finish your last drinks before the event finishes at 7pm.

Can I bring my pets?
Please leave your fur-babies at home - dogs even on leashes are not permitted on site (registered service dogs are welcome).

Where are the bathrooms?
The public toilets cannot cope with the large numbers attending. You will find portaloos on the east side of entrance
We will also have mobility access toilets available.

Can I purchase tickets on the day?
We cannot guarantee that door sales will be available on the day.

What is the wet weather plan?
We go ahead rain or shine - just dress appropriately.

What time can I show up to the event?
Doors open at 11am.

Dress up mandatory? No, but it is encouraged! We will have some epic prizes for those of you who dress up in the Gatsby Summer theme.
